PAYMENTS
Payments are risk free, stress free at the Switch eStore. We offer Cash On Delivery service to our customers in which there are no advance payments required. Our customers can simply pay the invoice amount at their home/office doorstep once their order has been delivered to them.
SHIPPING
Switch eStore provides Shipping Nationwide, meaning your order will be delivered to the comfort of your home/office - shipping charges are fixed at Rs. 99. Our delivery time is 3 to 4 working days once an order has been confirmed by the customer. We understand the urgency of our customers orders and try our best to ensure that our shipments reach them as soon as possible.
RETURNS
If a customer receives a damaged product, then the order may be returned back to us within 3 days. In case a customer receives a damaged product then we will be fully responsible to make an exchange for that order, bearing all delivery costs. The exchange can be for the same, or another product from our website. Please note that there will be no cash returns.
CANCELLATIONS
At Switch eStore, our top priority is that our customers feel comfortable in buying the products that they really desire. If you are not satisfied or comfortable with your purchase then you are able to cancel your order. Cancellation of your order will depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. If the order has been confirmed but not shipped, you can contact us and we can cancel your order right away. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to cancel it.
